This will control the color of your website's title. You can change the name of the website in your admin panel after installation.
Body Size
This controls the width of the actual website. You can set this to percentages or to a fixed width.
Sidebar Location & Third Column
This will control the location and the width of the menu sidebar that contains search, user options, navigation and the rss link. You can also turn on a third column which creates a place to put advertising or something similar.


Menu Layout & Modules
Control the display of the main menu. Do you want it in the sidebar or as tabs up top? Do you want to offer search functionality to your visitors?
